Michele’s teaching style incorporates dynamic flow with a focus on alignment-based principles to fine-tune the postures. She finds the body to be the best guide, and believes that asana practice is about creating space in the body for breath, and space in the mind for joy.
In 2012, Michele earned her 500 hour certification completing her training in Yoga Therapy through the Inner Peace Yoga Therapy program. It has allowed her to embrace an integrated approach while weaving many modalities together; thai yoga massage, ayurveda, reiki, asana practice, meditation, and mentoring vyasti sadhana.
You can also find Michele working in the tasting room at Blenheim Vineyards, just down the road from us!
We hope to have Michele come back in the near future to lead more classes. To stay up to date on our house events check out our calendar online.
