Pairing wine and cheese is both an art and a science. Chef Jabari will guide you through the nuances and notes that elevate the experience of pairing a good wine with a good cheese.
You’ll try four cheeses with four paired Reserve wines and learn about balance, mouthfeel, texture, and more with each element coming together to get you to the perfect match. By the end of the afternoon you’ll be ready to host your own fromage soirée!
