It all started with our cattle. This is the reason for our motif of two bulls. With space to grow, we developed our Tasting Room + Taphouse, established in 2018, to showcase our farm-raised Black Angus beef and farm grown barley + grapes. We remain a fully-operational farm.
We will be hosting our first farm-to-table spit roast at the Tasting Room. Join us as we gather around the fire, where our chef and farm manager will be on hand, tending to the open-fire roast and sharing more about the process, the ingredients, and the story behind the meal. It’s a true celebration of what we do, from pasture to plate.
Chef will be preparing a summer-favorites buffet alongside the beef. There is no fee to enter the Tasting Room, the buffet is $25 per guest. We will be serving from an abbreviated regular kitchen menu as well.
