This Deposit will temporarily reserve the venue selected below for a wedding on the "Date of Event" and the selected home/s for the Guest for the date for a period of 30 days while a contract is prepared and signed by Murcielago and Guest (the "Contract").

Agreement: Murcielago must receive an executed Contract for the rental of the above selected venue and/or any home from Guest within 30 days of the date of this receipt in order to have the date confirmed and reserve the Guest beyond the 30 days.

If Guest executes a contract the Deposit will be applied toward the rental fee due. If Guest does not execute a Contract and/or provide payment in full of the rental fee Murcielago will retain the Deposit to help offset its administrative cost of tours and contract preparation shall have no further obligation to Guest.
