Thank you for placing your deposit payment!
This will reserve your event date for 30 days while we prepare and sign a contract. The contract will be sent to you via DocuSign. We try to have the contract out to you within a week but sometimes delays occur. If you do not see it please feel free to reach out to kimpiver@mountidafarm.com for an update.
Please note that the $500 is non refundable. If you move forward and book with us (which we hope you do!) the $500 will be applied to your fee. However, if you do determine, for whatever reason, that our venue does not work for your purposes, we do retain the $500 to help offset our administrative costs relating to tours and contract preparation.
