Chef Adam will walk you through the steps to make your own dough, sauce, and ricotta in this hands-on cooking class. We’ll cover the fundamentals like tossing the dough, cooking at home, the importance of planning ahead, having the right equipment, and tricks + tips to a good pizza.
Snack on cheese + charcuterie along with special bites from the kitchen, sip on a glass of Reserve wine, then enjoy the fruits of your labor, all included in the ticket price. We will be working in our covered and heated outdoor bar.
