He started his career in his home town of Bordeaux\, France at the age of 16 and soon moved to Charlottesville where he began as an intern and then operations manager at Jefferson Vineyard. \nFrantz brings a unique perspective to Mount Ida’s wine program by combining traditional and old world experience with his interest in experimentation.
