Before New Year’s Eve, we celebrate at Mount Ida with our annual Sparkling Pairing Class! This year was no exception, with four unique wines paired with four delightful small bites.
We will be launching our new Winter Pairings Menu on Wednesday, January 15th. Chef is excited to focus on the lighter side of winter with a menu featuring a wide array of this season’s produce. Our Winter menu will offer bold and bright flavors and a balanced selection of rich and hearty with light and fresh.
Opening a bottle of Champagne will always give off a sense of excitement with the quiet pop of a cork. While showy, and usually reserved for celebrations, using a saber to open a bottle has been in practice for centuries.
