Harvest Wine Pairing

Celebrate the harvest with the first of our Pairing Series! Learn the nuances of pairing some of our favorite wines with local and seasonal harvest foods.

Autumn Beer Dinner

Help us kick off our Wine & Beer Dinner Series with a 5 course Autumn beer dinner; and an opportunity to taste a selection of beers from our new Brewery program! Guests will be joined by our Brewer, John Bryce, for an intimate meal and Q&A opportunity. Our inaugural dinner event will feature refined flavors of fall, paired with our favorite seasonal house beers.

Wine & Beer Dinner Series
This series presents an intimate fine dining experience. Our dinners offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a seasonally driven tasting menu, celebrating locally grown ingredients prepared by our Executive Chef, Nathan Hatfield.

The dinner series features a themed, multi-course dinner, set in one of our elegant private spaces in and around the Tasting Room and the Reserve. Each course is thoughtfully paired with our own wines and/or beers. Ideal for celebrating with friends, clients, and loved ones.

Oktoberfest

(Official launch of beer at the Reserve)

Join us to celebrate our very first Oktoberfest Harvest Weekend and the official launch of our craft beer program! Enjoy our newest brews, live acoustic music, and gorgeous views. Featuring delicious house-made sausage, hearty chili made with our very own farm raised beef, and farm fresh sides. Held on the Tasting Room lawn, it’s sure to be festive Fall fun for the whole family! Tickets, wine, and beer available for purchase.

Holiday Pies!

Fruit! Custard! Mousse! Learn to make easy and elegant pies without spending hours in the kitchen. Upgrade your prepared pie crusts with updated twists on holiday favorites.

Cooking Demonstrations
Join our resident Chef Instructor, Margaret Hatfield, for Wednesday night cooking demonstrations! Each two hour class will feature a different topic, presented while you enjoy wine and snacks prepared by our Tasting Room & Taphouse kitchen. These demos will be held at Aventador Manor, one of Mount Ida Reserve’s luxurious private homes.

Beer and Cheese

Learn about pairing your favorite beers with food! The second in our series focuses on cheese- a great, and easy way to entertain all of your out-of-town guests for the upcoming holiday season.
